Travis Gardiner is a successful online nutrition and body transformation coach. Travis had built up his business to a certain level using mainly word-of-mouth and Facebook marketing, but finally he decided it was time to take things to the next level and launch his own website.
After an initial phone call to gather Travis’s requirements, I produced a detailed specification and quote for his site that covered everything from design elements such as theme, layout, colours and fonts, through to the exact functionality required.
Once the spec was signed off, I set to work building his site on my staging server. Travis had a login to the server, so he could see the site come together and offer feedback as I was building it. As soon as the site was completed and Travis was happy, I transferred the site to his live server, tested the site, and launched it.
As well as showcasing Travis’s coaching service, the site allows clients to purchase an online seminar via Gumroad, as well as sign up for the coaching service online with their credit card thanks to Stripe Checkout. I also wrote a custom WordPress plugin for Travis that integrates with the Stripe API and automatically emails the onboarding and weekly reminder emails to all of his clients, saving Travis a lot of time.
I contacted Matt to build my first website after reading a few really good reviews. I was also impressed with the length of time and experience Matt had been building sites as experience counts for a lot in my book.
We conversed almost daily via email during the process to ensure nothing was overlooked and the result was a stunning website that exceeded my expectations.
