I have been recommending clients go with the mobile browser because its easier to maintain because the user does not need to download, install, update etc the app they just click on a bookmark icon on the phone or use their mobile browser and more cost effective to maintain. Also, being responsive and OS independent they can view it in any device that has a browser installed. Do you agree with this?

Depends on what the website is for.

"Apps" are better for some types of user interaction.

Hi,
It depends on the developer that how he has developed the site
If the User interface of the Mobile App then it is better to use the window application rather than mobile app.
But the terms are that windows application have good user interface.
Thanks

Hi,
As per discussion with lot of people on this topic, I have reached at point is that Mobile app is more easier to mobile browser site. Through mobile app any client or visiter can buy or download product or their features.

When it comes to deciding whether to build a mobile app or a mobile website, the most appropriate choice really depends on your goals. If you are developing an interactive game an app is probably the way to go.But if your goal is to offer mobile-friendly content to audience then a mobile website is probably going to be your best option.
