Populate time picker on clicking date using javascript or jquery or ajax

Hello guys,

I was looking for populating the time (starts from 09:00 AM IST till 09:00 PM IST) once i click any date from date picker and then displays textbox after picking time . Currently i am using jquery , but since i want my web site to run on mobile browser to i m preferring to go with javascript.

How will i call time picker on click of a perticular day of month.

Ex : 10th nov 2012 :- on click displays time from 09:00 Am till 09:PM :- on click displays text box

Any help would be highly appreciated.

jquery IS javascript so if jquery doesn't work neither will javascript.
