Help With CSS

Hi guys, I could really use someones help, I have no idea how to write/edit css code, and would really like to change something on my site, the appearance of my widgets, id like to replace the background with a specific image and id like to add my own headers for the different widgets (image files) , how do i do this?

Im not sure how to post photos here, its easier to explain when you can see what i mean, does this work?

With what I have, and what i want to do, i dont need to change what my widgets do, just how they look

@EmpireState: The best bet is to right-click the widget in a WebKit browser (Chrome, Safari) and choose Inspect Element. This will show you the element's HTML source, as well as all the CSS selectors and styles that are applied to the element. You then know what CSS selectors to use in your own stylesheet in order to override the styles.

For example, say your twitter header happened to have an ID of "#twitterHeader", then you would set its background using:


#twitterHeader { background-image: ... }


in your CSS stylesheet.
