Help Needed - AB Photo Comparison game with Ranking System

Hi,

I'm trying to create a quick website (using dreamweaver). An essential part of this website would be a game whereby two pictures are compared, and the user clicks on which they prefer. The page will then refresh with two new random images in the database. A key component of this game would be the subsequent ranking system, which the game play itself seeks to establish. I've heard about the Elo rating system, although I'm sure a system based on which has received the most number of clicks would also work fine? Essentially, I will need a separate page for a ranking to be shown.

My problem: I know little (read: nothing) about coding. I would like to take the time to learn but I am under pressure to have this website up and running quickly.

I would be grateful if anyone could post or link me to any tutorials, code etc. Related to this popular type of game.
