Image Mapping Problems - Help Please

I need to map a blog to a image correctly. I had someone create the image and it is up at www.samadhi-yoga-center.com. on the main page. The image is "Denise's Blog" I thought I mapped it correctly but obviously I have a syntax error. When I use my mouseover it will not link. I am using cpanel and a wordpress blog within Cpanel. Below is the code any help would be greatly appreciated. I am linking outside but I am wondering if this is incorrect
