Question about elated.com's RSS feeds?

I just noticed elated.com's RSS feeds URL is as http://feeds.elated.com/ElatedNewStuff , while the feed still uses Google's feedburner rss service. My question is how to configure this kind of customized RSS feed url and utilize feedburner's service at the same time? Or it just is feedburner's paid service? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
