It's an image search where you're shown images related to the one you clicked on. Great for narrowing down ambiguous searches (such as "jaguar", "beetle" or "apple") or to explore different angles on the same subject.

Nice and easy to use, and fun to explore. I'm surprised it's in Flash though, considering Google's JavaScript skills...!
