Since you asked for opinions and suggestions on the usability and handling of the free pagekits in the "General chat" forum, here is one suggestion:
I really think the templates would be a) much more useful and b) much easier to handle if in the future you would focus on making templates WITHOUT frames.
Most important reason:
Nowadays the searchengines and as a webmaster to be found in the engines have become more important than ever. But getting a high listing (or indexed at all) in the SE's is much more difficult to achieve with frames sites than with no frame sites. Not saying it's impossible or that with noframe sites it's that easy but it still makes a significant difference. And as the SE's tweak their algorithms every other month anyway, it's already hard enough to get a good listing so anything that makes it even more difficult makes no sense.
I know, there are other aspects as well to SE optimizing, but the frame thing is one factor for sure.
Second, for me personally it's much easier to edit and code sites that do not utilize frames - especially as i'm not a webdesigner really anyway.
Sure, frames might still look slick in some cases, but i don't think they're really neccessary anymore nowadays.
Just my 2 cents.
Thanks,
Frank
