Hows about a rogues gallery here of all your members, just so people know who they're getting cheek from.
I'm not talking drivers licence stuff, just people taking time out in photo booths to outdo each other in the rad department....maybe:O)

Seriously, sounds like a good idea, then when we don't like what we hear, we can print off a copy and use it as a dartboard!
