Why not change the look everymonth, like a new look. Take a look at this site : http://www.bumbleb.org
It does the same, changes the look !!

Woah! Rather them than me! Took us 3 months to get this look implemented!

Not going to happen I fear. For a business there's also a definite likelihood that redesigning so often would alienate users and cause problems across the site.

There's a reason why companies rebrand so infrequently apart from the associated psychological problems, and it's that customers like to feel comfortable with something before they'll give you any money.

Businesses only tend to rebrand if they're trying to change where they sit in the market and the old image doesn't fit where they want to be.
