ideas on the forum

just a few suggestions that come to mind when using this forum (which is cool btw).

on the login section you can have the form remember your password instead of having to login each time, it would be nice if the forum could remember who you are and skip the login form altogether. just saves a few clicks for us lazy people but it is good functionality for the user.

Also it would be nice if the forum could email the user if someone replys to one of thier posts. Also when you sign up, you could select a few catagories that get emailed to the user when a new post goes up.

We tried the "auto-login" feature originally but our test audience found it too confusing, so we went for a more explicit login but made it remember your password at least. Maybe we could add your idea back in as an option or something?

Your second idea is exactly what Perry has suggested on our Teemz forum (www.teemz.com)! We plan to implement this in the next version of the forum software - out sometime this year hopefully
