I like this a lot actually. The logo is so over the top as to be quite cool, which gives a definite brand. Also it ties in with the headings which integrates it into the design.

The layout's nice and clear. The only thing I'd change is to lose the duplication of the menu structure (top & left), which I'm never very keen on.

KP...

To be honest, my first impression about your site was not very good. The logo and the second section is very... what you call it... mixed up? (cant find appropriate words how it made me feel).

Try to make it more decent, clean and easy to read... currently I could hardly understand what the logo and the section in middle read...!

Sorry but you got it all true from my side. Do let me know what you feel about theme of my blog

To be honest...

I am not too impressed. You want to attract customers if you are a marketing site, not scare them off. The logo is...nice and colorful but maybe a bit busy. As for as the rest of the text, you seemed to go a little crazy with the text effects.

I am also not a big fan of the use of black bars and blue boxes. I would expect your dividers and such to be a bit more dynamic and not so static.

I also think you could benefit from some more imagery to better convey your message. Sadly people don't read much unless there is something to draw them in. This design isn't attention grabbing.

Sorry, if I sounded mean. That was not my intentions. I have been in marketing and design for 15 years and It's my opinion that if you have a marketing website, it should definitely excite the user as to your potential. That doesn't always mean tons of colors and animations. Sometimes that can mean simplicity and white space. I think you are headed in a good direction though so good luck!

The site visual appeal is not so vivid , but navigational features, page layout and use of color, fonts, and images are consistent.

I'm afraid I agree with smzed. I would suggest you simplify your color scheme. Vivid is the theme of your logo which I really like. I just think you over did it with the creativity + marketing + experience area. I would either tone that down or delete it entirely. I would lose the top navigation. You actually have it in triplicate on the page. Like Simon, multiple navigation is kinda a pet peeve of mine. You only need it once. Anymore than that tends towards clutter. I think you could use more content in your welcome. Kinda sparse and lacking in thought provocation.
Well, good luck.
