Hi,
I can see where you're going with this one, and I love the dropped capitals at the start of the paragraphs.
I do think that you could maybe lose a few homepage elements, since it's a very long page - maybe add that map to a separate "location" page?
Also, the column widths on the homepage vary quite dramatically. I'd consider making them all the same width, or making some of the "things to do" elements a right-hand column.

I can tell you put an incredible amount of work into your site. I enjoyed the graphics on top and the welcome text is very good. I think for a landing page you should have stopped there. The rest of the page is painfully long and should be redistributed to the other pages. It looks like you have a very beautiful resort there and I wish you the best of luck with business.

Again, I'm not sure Ken realised how old the topic was! But his comments are still helpful and relevant.
I agree that the page is far too long. It would help to break the content up into separate pages, from both a usability and an SEO perspective.
