I don't know what techniques you've already tried, but generally to increase traffic for a site I would do most of the following:

- Include unique content on your site

- Make sure the content is useful and relevant for your visitors

- Update your content regularly

- Make sure your site is easy to use and navigate around

Generally your site looks pretty good from an SEO point of view. I'd probably make that top H2 an H1 so it's given more relevance by search engines.
