Please review my new site www.Project4Hire.com.
What do you think about the layout and my choice of colors? Do you have any suggestions on how to improve the look and feel of the site?

Any suggestions/critique are welcomed.

This is short and sharp but ONLY my opinion

There is too much on the page but essential info is a further click away. The introductory paragraph should be more prominent. Don't require visitors to click on a 'Read more' - put it on the home page and take some of the less important bumf off, until the reader has a clear idea what your site is about the other stuff seems pretty irrelevant so explain the site first- clearly. Make the testimonials more prominent amd nearer the top. There are three menus in the first third of the page! Ditch the top one. Incorporate the links in the lower horizontal menu. (Don't bother with the 'bookmark this page' link, everyone is just a click away from their bookmarks anyway.) Not sure that the graphics do anything for the site - a weird looking kid and a desk/chair. There are better ones out there if you must have them. A bigger logo wouldn't go amiss either.
