Hi, hope you will find this criticism constructive.
I visited your site and it took me a moment to figure out what it was actually for, I did see the title - but I'm thinking, is this really a television company or?
The quicktime portion was not running when I arrived. Also you have an ad for and all-star game, top right - but at 1024x768 resolution I can't really read the bottom portion.
There is a windows media file that's supposed to play on the apparel page - but it errors out.
Anyway, I would recommend that you have someone not familiar with your web page go through it page by page, and when they ask - what's that? or don't notice something you thought they would - you know where to start.
