Hello All,

Looking for advice on improving the placement of this site:
www.kristinemoran.com

Using the search term "Kristine Moran" on google I had been enjoying a 5th place listing. Then after a while I just dropped right off the radar screen for google - I believe it has been blacklisted and I'm not sure why.

I made some minor changes - on the index I had a couple sentences which linked to page 2 several times (ie instead of one href tag for the whole thing I href'ed every few words). I've since removed this as I feel this is what caused the problem.

Two questions
1) is it likely that that caused me being blacklisted?
2) if I am black listed what needs to be done to get back on google's goodside...

thanks in advance!

Blacklisting, penalties and bans are extremely rare and you need to be doing some blatent SE spamming to earn it.

you are not blacklisted. It looks like there has been a problem and Google has reverted to an old page, does happen occasionally.
www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLD,GGLD:2004-34,GGLD:en&q=site%3Awww%2Ekristinemoran%2Ecom

<added> The above link is broken by the forum autolink use copy & paste </added>
I would suggest that the lack of backlinks pointing to the site is the root cause of this.

Have a look at www.highrankings.com/forum/ and www.ihelpyouservices.com/forums/ for serious SEO reading matter.
