I am trying to place my meta tags in between the <head> </head>, but it continues to throw it out and move it. What do I need to do to make this work? I am using FrontPage 98

Well, I always put them before the head tags, so maybe it's right. Let us know if you know different!

<meta> tags should definitely go within the <head></head> tags. It sounds like a FrontPage problem to me.

Interestingly, they're outside the <head></head> tags on the front of Elated (www.elated.com)!
