Hi there and welcome to the forums,
First things first. The logo on your front page is from the UN(C)LE pagekit and you should give ELATED credit for that. Which brings me on to the next point, on the home page you say "Nothing Copyrighted. Copy All You Want From This Site.". You can't say this, as the UN(C)LE logo is copyright ELATED and it's not available for copying.
Now then... I like your design, although when I load the home page I get a javascript error on IE5.0/PC, which gets very annoying after a while. The colours are quite funky and cool. I also like the grid and the layout of the menu etc on the front page.
You have a lot of links off your site which I found a bit distracting, due to the changes in design and new browser windows opening.
So, you need to sort out that javascript error and the copyright issues. A pretty cool site all in all.
