I'd be interested in any feedback on my attempts to use one of the page kits on a club web site.

http://www.wnc.asn.au

The title page has been set up (cgi not working yet as I've recently moved hosts and haven't been able to debug). The "make it go better" modifications page has some javascript borrowed from another page kit (glass???) to make use of mouseovers - but I suspect the base image I used is too dark and my text is all over the place.

Anyway be gentle

Hi Paul, welcome to the Forums.

Yeah, that site's looking good! I think the mods page is OK. Quite fun the way the text pops up everywhere! Increase the contrast of the main image to bring the 4WD out more.

The navigation's easy to follow, and the content is good. Lots of cool pictures, and your front page describes the site well.

What paint package did you make the page titles in? (Modifications, Specifications, etc.) The text seems a bit jaggy - try turning on the antialias option (if there is one!) in the text tool. Same for the rollvers on the mods page.

One last point - the site doesn't work in Netscape because it can't find the style sheet, and comes up with a 404 error:

http://www.wnc.asn.au/default.css

Good old Netscape eh!

Overall - good looking site, easy to get around, and cool content.

Cheers,
Matt
