I think your site, http://www.price10034.freeserve.co.uk is looking pretty good. (Helped, of course, by our excellent PageKit!
Here are my suggestions:
Because your site is fairly big and has at least 2 levels (e.g. Home Page > Photo Albums > Newquay 2000), you may want to consider adding a navigation menu at the top of each page, to make it easy to find your way around the site.
Some of the rollover text on the front page (e.g. "The Kids' Pages") is a bit hard to read - maybe you could make the font slightly bigger?
I'd recommend cropping the photos with the drop shadow and turquoise backgrounds, as they don't really blend well with the black page background! Either just have the photos themselves, or maybe add a light coloured border around the photos to offset them against the page background.
Overall, I think you have a good balance of content on the site - lots of photos, descriptive text, links to other sites etc. Good work!
