When testing my site that i made off of the pagekit UNCLE , i clicked on one of the link things to the left and it didn't show up in the big section, it showed up in the little part.

K, your problem is most likely the target the frames link to. I haven't seen UN(C)LE in a while, I only saw it briefly when it first came out, but it does sound to me like it uses frames. So -- targets are pretty simple, you need to check out the frame source (most likely in the index.html) and see the name of the frame you need to link to then change it in the link on the page you click from.
Any ambiguity, you could look up a brief tutorial on targets on Webmonkey or in the forums here and of course you can e-mail me with any further questions on anything web design.

Once again, it's put very well.. we'll have to watch you Calibre, or you'll steal our thunder! Only joking, thanks for you help! Uncle is indeed framed and there's prombbaly some help in the readme.txt file for it for the target problems..
