Can someone help explain why, when I create a path with the pen tool, I can't get a visble stroke. I end up with the brush stroke visible on the anchor points, as a series of dots (with the correct brush setting), but not on the lines between them. When I delete the path after stroking it, I still end up with a series of dots where the anchor points were.

I've looked at many help forums & no-one describes why this might happen.

Weird. I must admit I'm not sure why that might happen either. Neither was I aware you could stroke a path with a brush as you create it!

Could you give us the steps necessary to recreate this please?

Hi Simon, I've located another thread which indicates that this can happen if the brush spacing is not enabled (brush tip shape window). Apparently the spacing should be set to 25%. Anyway, I've managed to get an unbroken line at long last.

thanks, lisa

That is weird. Still, glad it's working for you!
