Hi Is itpossible to do newspaper layout templates
using Photoshop as I know people tend to use QuarkXpress and Idesign.

Well, this isn't really my turf (I'm more webby), but Photoshop lacks all the multi-page layouts and styling that make Quark/InDesign so good for this kind of work. I reckon really it's nigh-on impossible, and certainly so in a pro environment.
