Hi, I've just built a website using photoshop and managed to get everything working except the contact form. see here www.professional-financial-adviser.co.uk/contacts.html
it is just an image now. How do I add a script to capture the data. Can I do it from Photoshop or do I have to add a cgi script to my cgi_bin folder. If so does anyone know what file I need to upload to the cgi_bin folder to get the script to work? many thanks

Hi Mick,

Thanks for posting. To get an actual form mailer to work, you'll have to dig around a little under the hood of the site and work with the HTML code that ImageReady has created.

Essentially, you replace that image with an HTML form, and then make that talk to a script on the server. We have a tutorial on this here:

You'll probably want to add a few rules to the stylesheets to make the form elements appear prettier than the default values too.

Hope that helps,

Simon
