in this picture i have two objects in two different layers,ok

i gave same drop shadow to both objects....when i go to first layer's "effects options" (blending options) and change
the ANGLE of dropshadow 45 to 90 .....then why change 2nd layers propety automatically (you can see in picture)....
is there any option in photoshop where i can set diffrent dropshadow ANGLE and other properties in different layers...??

That's a very interesting question, John.

Angle is a global setting. This does make sense, unless the two objects were in front of different light sources.

Luckily, for that "we have two suns" look, you can disable the setting by unchecking the "Use Global Light" option in the Drop Shadow window within the Layer Styles.

Hope that sorts it for you!
