Gotta a Question i Recently Edited The Page Darkness and switched it up some in photoshop Now How do i move it to dreamweaver ? Since Dreamweaver can only open Html or Xml and its now a Jpeg.?

Well, the bad news is that there's no direct integration like this between Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
Basically, you'll need to open the code in Dreamweaver, take a look at which bits are code and which are images and re-export just those image elements from Photoshop according to you new design. You'll also likely have to change colours in the stylesheet if you've made that kind of change in you new design.
