Hello,

I've searched google for this a long time now, but didn't find anything that was close enough to what I searched, so I'll post my question here:

Is there any way to create such an effect in PSP (9.01):

G'Day,

You could try and remake the logo, banner or picture with xara3D it does things like make 3D animated logos or with spinning effects or other effects, heres the addy if you want to check it out.
