I have a Picture of a Cork Sculpture on E-bay Auction # 363220036 .On the left side of this Graphic theres a Shadow approx 1/4'' WIDE Virtically on the left side .Im somewhat New using this Program and would like to ask any of you Photoshop Users How i can Remove this shadow or lighten the Left side of this Graphic ?? Also i would like to know How i can Create a Graphic Rectangular Website Button with Text in it ?? THANKS ! jbarano@aol.com

Try selecting the shadow using the magic wand tool, then fine-tune it in the selection mask mode. When you've got the whole shadow selected, you can fill it, lighten it, etc. until you achieve the desired effect.

To create a rectangular button in Photoshop 5.5, drag out a rectangle with the rectangular select tool, fill it with a colour, then add bevelling, drop-shadow etc to it using the layer effects options. Then use the text tool to add some text over the top.
