I am trying to put a navigation bar on my web page that looks like TABs. can I download, is from where, this or do I have to build it?

hahahah Matt, but I think they meant tabs like on an
old fashioned made out of paper file folder ?

I really, really wanted these too. I never found any available, and I finally made some. I simply made a layer in Photoshop and drew a rectangle on it, then filled it with the color I wanted. I followed that by two circles, one at each short side of the rectangle. The circles had the same diameter as the short sides -- so that half the circle was outside the rectangle, the other half contained within it. I filled each of these with the same color and then just deleted the bottom half. It made a pretty convincing-looking file folder tab.
