I have one wonder that's really been bugging me
Are Flash and Shockwave the future of web sites ?
Please tell me what you think about it.

We think so! The Elated site right now is unflashed but we'll be getting there in the next round of rebranding. Flash is now getting some truly useful bits of functionality (if/else statements, forms etc). You can now create full e-commerce enabled sites entirely in Flash. The downside is that it'll always cost to get the software, unlike HTML which you can do by hand for nothing..
