I am starting a page that will hopefully take in cash from sales and subscription.

In the past I have always made up my own or just edited someone else's terms of service agreement.

Do you guys pay to have one made?
How much did it cost?
Who did it for you?

If you didn't pay for one how did you get?

A mate of mine happens to be a lawyer. He let us use his in exchange for a couple of beers.

The best approach is probably to draft one yourself, then pay a lawyer to cast their legal eye over it and make any necessary corrections. If you ask a lawyer to draft an agreement from scratch they will usually charge you a small fortune!
