I am thinking of starting a community website, and want to have ads from local businesses, but am not sure what fee structure to have and how/if that may change as membership grows. Any suggestions?

Try looking around similar community sites and seeing how much they charge for ads.

Common ways to charge for advertising include per month, per impression (CPM), per click (CPC), or per sale (CPA).
