the most common response i get from men in reaction to women's erotica is that it "feels real". most men will say that, due to the great description of every detail, they are able to picture more vividly the whole scene--right down to scents and textures. THAT is the main difference to me as well. it is commonly accepted that men are more visually-stimulated than women, but if they give it a try, most will find that the pictures created in their own minds by extremely descriptive and, yes, graphic words is much more beautiful and exciting than just looking at colors on a page that only involve one sense. wonderful sex involves ALL the senses, and erotic writing touches all the senses as well.
